CAN RICH “LAUSOS” RED
Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon.
Viticulture: The vines are espalier-trained and grown according to the regulations of Ecological Agricultural Production of Consejo Balear.
Harvest: At Can Rich grapes are hand-harvested in August and quickly transported to the winery to avoid possible oxidation.
Elaboration: The must is obtained once the grapes are lightly pressed and destemed is then fermented and macerated in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature
Aging: In new French oak barrels and a minimum of 8 months in the bottle.
Serving Temperature: from 16º to 18ª C
