CAN RICH ROSÉ
Varieties: Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Viticulture: The vines are espalier-trained and grown according to the regulations of Ecological Agricultural Production of Consejo Balear.
Harvest: At Can Rich grapes are hand-harvested in August and quickly transported to the winery to avoid possible oxidation.
Elaboration: The must is obtained once the grapes are lightly pressed and it is then fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature
Serving Temperature: from 6º to 8ª C
