CAN RICH RED SELECCTION
Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon,Merlot,and Monastrell
Viticulture: The vines are espalier-trained and grown according to the regulations of Ecological Agricultural Production of Consejo Balear.
Harvest: At Can Rich grapes are hand-harvested in August and quickly transported to the winery to avoid possible oxidation.
Elaboration: Once pressed and destemed, grapes are fermented and macerated in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature
Aging: in French and American oak barrels for 8 months and a minimum of 6 months in the bottle.
Serving Temperature: from 16º to 18ª C
