CAN RICH RED

Varieties: Merlot, Tempranillo and Monastrell.

Viticulture: The vines are espalier-trained and grown according to the regulations of Ecological Agricultural Production of Consejo Balear.

Harvest: At Can Rich grapes are hand-harvested in August and quickly transported to the winery to avoid possible oxidation.

Elaboration: Once pressed and destemed, grapes are fermented and macerated in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature and later the wine ripens in French and American oak barrels.

Serving Temperature: from 12º to 16ª C
