WHITE NEEDLE WINE (SEMI SPARKLING WINE)
Grapevines: From “Can Fontanals” and “La Guàrdia” vineyards.
Varieties: 60% Macabeo and 40% Muscat
Alcoholic degree: 10.5% vol.
Volatile Acidity: 0.15% gr. /l.
Total acidity: 3.9 gr. /l
Sugar: 5.3 gr. /l
Elaboration: second fermentation in isobaric tanks for 3 months.
Tasting Note: It is brilliant with light hues of green and a great number of small bubbles emerging to the surface of the wine; in nose, it has citrus fruity notes and primary aromas typical of Muscat; in mouth, it is fresh, “pétillant”, smooth and balanced.
So as to taste its characteristic and unmistakable naturally fermented needle, it is especially recommended to match fish, seafood or cheese.
