Grapevines: From “Can Fontanals” vineyards.
Varieties: 55% Macabeo, 35% Xarel·lo and 10% Parellada
Alcoholic degree: 11.5% vol.
Volatile Acidity: 0.2% gr. /l.
Total acidity: 4 gr. /l
Sugar: 29 gr. /l
Aging: straw yellow with golden reflections, fine and constant bubbles, in nose it is clean and balanced with fruity notes and tertiary aromas; in the mouth it is light and smooth with subtle flavours of aging.
You can drink it in a wide variety of occasions but it is especially versatile in gastronomy. It can match a whole meal from appetizers to the main dish.
So as to taste its characteristic and unmistakable naturally fermented needle, it is especially recommended to match fish, seafood or cheese.
