Grapevines: From “Can Fontanals” vineyards.
Varieties: 55% Macabeo, 35% Xarel·lo and 10% Parellada
Alcoholic degree: 11.7% vol.
Volatile Acidity: 0.25% gr. /l.
Total acidity: 3.9 gr. /l
Sugar: 6 gr. /l

Aging: Aged on the lees in the bottles for 18 months.

Tasting Note: Plentiful medium bubbles forming a rosary, pale straw yellow with brilliant green hues; in nose it is fresh, clean and pleasant with a good aromatic intensity, specially fruity and floral primary aromas; in mouth, a touch of well balanced pleasant sweetness and acidity.

Excellent with all types of dishes. Its balanced personality combines perfectly with all meal dishes.
