Varieties: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Alcoholic degree: 13.5% vol.
Volatile Acidity: 0.4% gr. /l.
Total acidity: 3.5 gr. /l
Elaboration: 25-day fermentation and maceration.
Aging: 12 months in barrels and then 12 months in bottle.
Tasting Note: Deep cherry red with shades of ruby; in nose, it shows its great intensity with touches of jam, wild fruit, and pleasant toasty aromas from oak aging. Very long finish, silky and elegant as it is expected from a great sparkling wine.
It is best served with consistent dishes. Game – especially wild boar is the perfect match for this wine.
