Grapevines: From “La Fassina” vineyard.
Varieties: 100% Pinot Noir
Alcoholic degree: 12 % vol.
Volatile Acidity: 0.25% gr. /l.
Total acidity: 4 gr. /l
Sugar: 7.5 gr/l
Aging: 18 months in cellar.
Harvest: at night at the end of August.
Tasting Note: Cherry red, very brilliant with good bubbles; showing good aromatic intensity with raspberry and liqueur tones; in mouth it is smooth, fresh with grassy flavours and with a good varietal character.
Especial cava, excellent with heterogeneous dishes. Ideal as an aperitif or to match desserts. It is also a good cava to match seafood.
