Alcoholic degree: 11.60 % vol.
Volatile Acidity: 0.2% gr. /l.
Total acidity: 4.1 gr. /l
Sugar: 72.0 gr/l

Aging: A minimum of 4 years in cellar.

Tasting Note: clean and brilliant with golden shades, fine and persistent bubbles: in nose, tertiary aromas characteristic of long ageing: complex in mouth with a long and pleasant aftertaste.

It is a good “reserve” for people who enjoy aged cava. Due to its body and personality it is ideal with any dish or just sipping.
