OAK LAGAR DE ISILLA
1OO% Tempranillo. Fermentation is done at a controlled temperature. Maceration of 25 days. 5 months in American and French oak barrel. 4 months in bottle.
AT SIGHT
Intense colour, cherry red with light shades of violet at the rim.
NOSE
Black fruits, jam with mineral notes and light touches of vanilla from the barrel.
IN MOUTH
Plenty of well assembled fruit with toasty oak aromas. Very pleasant finish, tasty and long.
