MISTELA VALL DE XALÓ GIRÓ
Elaborated with Giró (Grenache) grapes, it is a structured white wine, sweet and oily, with intense aromas of very ripe red and black fruits, excellent with all types of chocolate desserts.

AT SIGHT
Clean and transparent, very brilliant and attractive. Dark pink, intense purple. Dense and oily.

NOSE
Highly aromatic intensity. Clean, sweet and fresh aromas of Giró ripe grapes, sweet blackberries, sarsaparilla with an interesting grassy touch. Swirling the glass, these aromas intensify, increasing the sensation of sweetness and freshness typical of this variety.

IN MOUTH
Dense, oily and sweet. Acidity appropriate to the wine sweetness. Exact astringency, unmistakable and original feature of this red wine which makes it difference from the rest of “mistelas”. Medium and pleasant persistence finish. Ideal with sweet desserts or just sipping. Typical, traditional and unique product of Bodega Xaló.
